This NPC is unique as it has an option system, allow the user to pick either one of the few options available: “The Statical Foundation” and “ADDR”
Every Christmas, this NPC is crucial to obtain different limited as well as being the NPC to host the Cause Spin, a gambling game.

The Whom You Don’t Know
Whom You Don’t Know is an in-game NPC who gives players access to the stand storage.
You can store any of your stands without paying any fines.
There are currently 6 slots (Formally 3), more slots may be added in future updates!
You need at least 75% of your health to access the Stand Storage.

aNIMe RIG
Anime Rig (aNIMe RIG) is an really old in-game NPC created by PROXDGAMER00 that came around the first map, the time only a very few people played the game.
As of now, aNIMe RIG is used to take players to the farming zone using the access given by Farm Ticket.
This NPC used to guard the road roller wall to the Advanced Farming Zone (First map location) but he was forced to retire in the 3rd map to manage the farming zone.
If you sit, the teleportation does not work.
“Sayian” is NOT the same thing as “Saiyan”.
